Opt-Out

If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:

If your plan meets the below criteria and you want to waive enrollment from the Student Health Insurance Plan, please acquire an electronic copy of the front and back of your insurance ID card and then select the link below to submit your waiver request. Please note: You will receive a submission confirmation email shortly after you submit your waiver Once you login, select the WAIVE button under the "I Already Have Insurance" section.

Domestic Students:

1. Coverage must be ACA compliant.
2. Must have an individual deductible of $1,500 or less.

International Students:

1. Coverage must be employer or embassy sponsored.
2. Coverage must be ACA compliant.
3. Must have an individual deductible of $1,500 or less.
